New Year - New Goals

With a New Year ahead, we have much to be looking ahead to. As development took light this last year, it will move into training mode and metric mode this year. With new technology implementation as well as new business acumen training on the horizon, we'll be taking a hard look at how to impliment business strategies into academic, and learning environments.

Besides culture success that will be tracked, there is consider research I have done now to support how business methods can be implemented well in learning environments. I also continue to learn new methods of success related to spatial leadership - the ability to make space for others to feel and be successful in a new work environment.

New opportunities appear to be on the horizon with career coaching, training, social media, and of course, organizational development. Its an exciting time to see all of this coming together. Seems as if a new level of professionalism is being achieved. One where I serve organizations to improve their social capital - an area of my research that continues to gain ground.

As that new process is achieved, status updates to come.

Never imagined that this was going to be the investment for my life's work, but so it has. Really, I was inspired early on to help education, but in doing so, I came to appreciate a deeper understanding of why and how we achieve more of ourselves, others, and the organizations for which we serve.

Apparently, there are loud statements that are made throughout our world that are noting how to make more from our lives, our communities, and our work, but there is a deeper connection to this work that I hope to examine here.
